ABORTION?

Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by removal or expulsion of an embryo or foetus in the mother's womb.

There are different abortion procedures and it is important that you understand your health and prioritise your safety.

This decision is a quick and permanent decision to end the foetus' life and should be taken only after careful consideration of all options.

ADOPTION?

Adoption is the legal process of permanently transferring your parental rights and responsibilities from the biological parents to the adoptive parents.

This decision can be made any time in your pregnancy, all the way up to birth. It can even be made right after you have your baby. There are different kinds of adoption, and it can be helpful to learn about each type to see if any fit your situation.

PARENTING?

It’s natural to think about parenting as an option. It's completely normal to not feel ready to be a mom when you first find out you are pregnant. But during the months of your pregnancy, you have time to prepare for motherhood, learn new skills and gather resources for your new addition.

This decision can be made all the way up to birth. There are pregnancy help and social service agencies to journey with you along the way.
