About the Speakers
Francis and Estella Lee have been a known partnering couple for family life education talks and workshops ranging from marital and family relationships, personal well-being and mental health, people-helpers to parenting skills. The couple has been married for almost 4 decades and has 3 adult children.
Francis Lee has more than 14 years of counselling experience. He is an accredited Positive Parenting practitioner, a marriage therapist in Alpha Marriage, Prepare-Enrich as well as accredited Prevention Relationship and Enhancement Programme (PREP). He is also a qualified mental health rehabilitation practitioner trained in the evidence-based Illness Management & Recovery (IMR). Francis possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia.
Estella Lee holds a master's degree in Arts (Pastoral Counselling). She holds rich experience in the areas of psychiatric rehabilitation and was awarded a Psychiartric Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. Presently besides supporting her husband, Francis in training an workshops, she devotes a significant part of her remaining time in counselling individuals, married couples, parents and their children, people with mental health problems and so forth.
