What Is AHA All About?

Recognising the challenges faced by married couples, aLife is starting a new Marital enrichment support group for a healthy marriage. aLife Happy ever After, AHA, is a programme specifically tailored for married couples in their first five years of marriage.

Our  couple mentors will share and discuss their experiences on how to build a thriving family. At the same time, make friends with other couples in this six-session marriage accompaniment journey.

AHA takes on an interactive, activity-based approach through specially curated topics to encourage couples to share their experiences and learn from one another.
