Peggy Ong, Counsellor

Service Description

Peggy Ong has worked for MNCs in Human Resources for more than 15 years. This has given her insights in human’s behaviors, problems and needs. Being fascinated by the complexity of the human mind, she embarks on her journey into the field of counselling. Taking a holistic approach, some of the techniques she employs include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Solution- Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. She has provided counselling to clients of diverse backgrounds and issues covering stress, self- esteem, anxiety, loneliness and emotional problems. Having lived overseas for a number of years has also helped her to appreciate the different culture and experience that shaped individuals. Peggy holds a Master of Counselling from Australia. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking and the nature.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be done via telephone or email to aLife at least 24 hours in advance or a charge of 50% of the agreed fee will be made except in the case of illness or other emergencies.
