I have irregular periods for the past one year. Recently, I missed my period for 2 months and yet the pregnancy test was negative. My gynae told me that I am not ovulating. What is the cause?
How are the ovarian cysts diagnosed and treated?
I am 25 years old. I am now 10 weeks pregnant. 2 weeks ago, I had slight discomfort over the lower part of my tummy. My gynaecologist did an ultrasound scan and told me that I had a cyst in my right ovary. It was 2.5cm x 2.0 cm. He thinks it is not cancerous and would probably subside by its own. Can a cyst really go down on its own? How long should I wait to see if it will disappear? What is the impact of cyst on my baby? Does it pose a danger to my baby?
I am a married woman with 2 children. Recently, I noticed that 13 to14 days after my menses, my lower abdomen feels bloated but not really painful. Is this normal?
